Data Safety Corporation purchases rights to SyncSmart, database synchronization software, from Information Transport Associates, Inc. (ITA).
Berkeley Heights, NJ, 1 February 2004 -- Data Safety Corporation, the developer of technology to protect data, has procured the rights to SyncSmart from ITA of Annapolis, MD.
